Unfortunately, this does not include Denmark, Ireland or Norway at the current time. This decision is due to certain legislative restrictions. However, we are optimistic and confident that we will be able to expand our services to the United Kingdom and beyond in the coming year or two. Our eventual goal is to offer phytosanitary and CITES certificates where applicable, ensuring the highest quality and safety for our customers. How much does postage cost?

Our system calculates shipping costs automatically at the checkout, factoring in the content of your order and your geographical location. This total will be displayed in the ‘Shipping’ field once you’ve selected your preferred delivery country.

We’ve purposefully not included any example shipping costs here. This is because such fees can vary greatly depending on the order content and the shipping provider, and so it’s difficult to provide a static estimate of the relevant fees. To help you get a sense of the relevant postage costs, we encourage you to experiment with adding items to your shopping cart. This will give you a more accurate estimate of your shipping costs based on the order you are placing. Remember, every order is unique, and the final shipping cost will depend on the specific details of your order.

Currently, our products are only available for shipping to customers within the European Union (with the exception of Denmark, Ireland and Norway). How will my order be shipped?

At Freaky Cacti’s nursery, every order is carefully packaged to ensure its safe and discreet arrival. We take pride in our commitment to quality and service, and that’s why we’ve partnered with Correos, the trusted Spanish national postal system, and various courier services to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. All orders are sent by tracked and signed for service.

While we strive to keep shipping costs to a minimum, we understand that some orders may necessitate additional postage fees due to their size or weight. Rest assured, these instances are rare and we will always inform you of any additional costs before they are incurred.

We understand that every customer has unique shipping preferences. That’s why we offer special shipping requests at your convenience. Whether you prefer express delivery or a more economical option, we’re here to accommodate your needs. Plants: Our plants are sent to you bare-root, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition and ready to thrive in their new environment. We understand the delicate nature of living plants and the importance of their care – it’s why we meticulously package each plant, to ensure they reach you undamaged and brimming with potential. Moreover, we proactively communicate with customers during extreme weather conditions, to discuss potential adjustments in dispatch in order to minimise risks and ensure the health and well-being of your plants.

Seeds: When you place an order containing more than one pack of the same seed, we combine them into a single bag to save you time and help reduce waste. However, we understand that you might prefer to receive your seeds in separate packs. To accommodate your preference, simply leave a note in the ‘Special Instructions’ section during checkout or send us an email within one hour of placing your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so please let us know how you’d like your seeds delivered.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We strive to dispatch all orders within five working days of receiving your cleared payment in our bank account – ideally within three. However, please be aware that during particularly busy periods, it may take us slightly longer to pick, pack and ship your order. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we transparently indicate any additional preparation time required for certain items directly in the product listings. This way, you can plan accordingly and avoid any unexpected delays.

As part of the European postal system, you can expect to receive your order within two weeks (fourteen working days) of placing your order. We understand the importance of tracking your order, so we encourage you to reach out to us if your expected delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your item yet (after first checking with your local delivery office). In the rare event that you haven’t received your order by this time, we invite you to contact us.

Do you ship to parcel-collection services, e.g. Collect Plus, Doddle?

At present, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping to third-party parcel collection services. Do you use actual ships to send out orders?
